PRIVACY NOTICE

21 August 2006

Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy, both as an individual and/or company, is an important issue. To better protect your privacy this notice is provided explaining the online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, it is made available on the Homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

"Cookies"

The DigiBall website does not use Cookies.

The Information Collected

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the DigiBall website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal/company information collected at these pages may include:

Name
Company Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Industry
Credit/Debit Card Information

The Way The Information Is Used

The information you provide about yourself when placing an order is used only to complete that order. This information is never shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

A return email address is used only to answer any email received. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with the DigiBall website if you would like to receive updates on new products and/or services. Information you submit on the DigiBall website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Use of non-identifying and aggregate information is used to better design the DigiBall products so that they are more relevant to the needs of machine shops and other users and to improve the website. For example, if it is found that more DRO's are used on lathes rather mills, then future R&D may be concentrated on improvements for lathe DRO systems.

Finally, the personally identifiable information provided to online is never shared or used in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

The DigiBall Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures have been put in place to safeguard and secure the information about you collected online.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that has been collected online and maintained by simply emailing or telefaxing the DigiBall Division of Laurie Petrie. This procedure is used to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security still further, reasonable steps are taken to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
